General Meeting Shareholder

In supporting the implementation of GCG, Arya Noble established the GCG Committee, which assists the Board of Commissioners. The GCG Committee is responsible for the increase and refinement of good corporate governance practices in connection with the tasks and functions of supervision of the Board of Commissioners. The GCG Committee reports to the Board of Commissioners.

  1. Annual GMS, held once per year; and
  2. Extraordinary GMS, held at any time, as needed.

GMS authorities include:

  1. To appoint and dismiss members of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors.
  2. To evaluate the performance of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors.
  3. To approve amendments of the Articles of Association.
  4. To set the allocations of profit.
  5. To appoint a public accountant and determine the form and amount of remuneration for the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors.
