Corporate Secretary

The Corporate Secretary bridges interests between the Company and external parties to maintain a positive public image. They report to the Board of Directors and handle secretarial duties, public relations, legal compliance, and Good Corporate Governance. The Corporate Secretary represents the Board in external communications with regulators, investors, and stakeholders.

The Corporate Secretary’s duties include secretarial tasks, investor relations, legal compliance, and promoting Good Corporate Governance.

  • Represent the Company and communicate activities, especially information disclosure.
  • Manage internal and external communications with stakeholders to deliver news and maintain a positive image.
  • Responsible for compliance with stock exchange regulations and the Law on Limited Liability Companies.
  • Monitor capital market changes and advise the Board on their impact and implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with Stock Exchange laws and capital markets information disclosure.
  • Organizing Board meetings and meetings with Commissioners and Shareholders.
  • Secretarial or administrative control of Board of Directors’ correspondence with concerned parties, including Bapepam-LK and the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI).
  • Enhance communication with local and international investors.
  • Handling of public relations.
